May 2013 - October 2016
Spring/Summer Job (May to October) at a produce and flower market.
Promoted to Manager of my market along with a second market after my first year as a team member.
- Customer Service focused, created a memorable experience for the customer, making sure that their questions are answered and assisting them with heavy lifting.
- Leadership focused. Besides working along other team members, delagating tasks, motivating the team, resolving conflict, interviewing and hiring, adjusting schedules, etc.
- Labor intensive job with a lot of heavy lifting and a lot of responsibility and earned trust.

DESIGN INTERN -
OHIO UNIVERSITY PRINTING SERVICES
August 2014 - May 2015
-Assisted with the design workload for Printing Services
- Included setting up vector art for printing on items such as mugs, shirts, pens, etc.
- Knowledge of OU's Brand Guidelines and adhering to rules on production
- Designed for campus affiliated and off-campus clients
- Typesetting/Designing booklets, posters, brochures, directories, etc.
